SpyLabs reserves the right to amend or change any of our terms and conditions.
Cancellations and returns:
Our cancellation policy is as such, as long as you cancel before we ship your package out, we will cancel your order and refund you.
However, we will withhold 4% of the initial transaction amount as payment processing fees.
Also, customised orders cannot be cancelled. Customised orders refer to orders that may be made outside of the SpyLabs official website and have one-off designs or specifications made. In this scenario, cancellation initiated by the buyer will not be accepted.
SpyLabs reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we initiate the cancellation based on our own judgement and discretion, we will refund the buyer the full initial transaction amount.
SpyLabs does not accept returns with the intent to receive a refund.
Shipping:
SpyLabs does not cover any import duties, taxes, or any other such charges. These additional charges are not reflected in the item's price or shipping fees. These charges will be entirely borne by you. Please check with your country’s relevant authorities to determine whether any additional charges will apply to your shipment.
We are shipping from Singapore and Singapore only, this information is relevant as Singapore has varying Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with various countries.
